Terms of Service

1. The service and provider

Vigthoria Operator at operator.vigthoria.io is provided by vSecure Solutions LLC under the Vigthoria brand ("we", "us" or "our"). Operator brings together AI assistance, research, creative production, Content Board campaigns and approved workflow automation.

These terms apply to your use of Operator. A separate order, subscription agreement or individually agreed contract may contain additional conditions for a particular service. Review the applicable conditions before registering, purchasing or activating that service.

2. Accounts and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to register for Operator. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and resources you are authorized to manage. If you act for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so.

You are responsible for the permissions you give team members and connected services. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not send account passwords, API secrets or access tokens in support messages or public content.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Available features, quotas and limits depend on your active plan and the specific service. See Operator pricing and the information shown at checkout. Subscriptions and billing are managed through Vigthoria User Hub and the applicable payment service.

The order and checkout information identify the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, any renewal terms and cancellation conditions. Subscription access and usage-based credit balances are separate; a subscription does not make every external or paid-cloud operation free. Where you connect your own paid provider account, that provider's charges and terms apply separately.

Use the billing controls associated with your purchase to manage a subscription or contact us if you need help. Disconnecting a social account, uninstalling the browser extension or closing a browser does not by itself cancel a subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under the applicable order terms and law. Nothing here removes any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer right.

4. Your content and AI outputs

You retain the rights you hold in the material you provide. You must have the permissions needed to upload and process it, including relevant copyright, music, trademark, privacy and likeness rights. This also applies to reference images, voices, videos, personal data and material belonging to clients.

You grant us permission to host, process, reproduce, transform and transmit that material only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain and secure the service, and carry out your authorized instructions. Publication or sharing through a connected account requires the applicable authorization and approval; uploading an asset alone is not permission to publish it publicly.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs or subject to third-party rights. Review them before relying on, sharing or selling them. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, factual accuracy or fitness for a particular use. Commercial use remains subject to applicable rights, licenses and any provider restrictions disclosed for the selected service.

Vigthoria's software, branding and other service materials remain ours or our licensors'. Access to the service does not transfer those rights to you.

5. Automation and social publishing

By using Operator's YouTube API integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Connect only social accounts, Pages, channels and other services you own or are authorized to manage. Review the destination, media, caption, timing, visibility and other available settings before approving a publication or scheduled workflow. You are responsible for required advertising disclosures, music rights, AI-content labels and compliance with the destination platform's rules.

Where an official API connection is available, authorization occurs through the platform's consent process. App approval, account eligibility, granted permissions, quotas and provider availability may limit the features that can be used. A connection to one platform does not authorize access to another account or platform.

Browser-extension publishing requires the connected browser and computer to remain available and awake. It cannot run while the computer is powered off or in standby. Server-side publishing is available only where that execution method is explicitly offered, connected and enabled; these terms do not promise that every platform supports it.

A scheduled time is a requested execution time, not a guarantee of publication at that instant. Processing, account checks or platform restrictions can delay or prevent a post. If a result is marked unconfirmed, inspect the destination before retrying: missing confirmation does not prove that nothing was posted. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, conversions or follower growth.

6. Acceptable use

Use Operator and its authorized automation tools lawfully and within the access and usage limits provided. You must not:

• Access accounts or data without permission, steal credentials or bypass security, billing, consent or platform restrictions.
• Upload malware, deliberately disrupt the service or use it for fraud, unlawful impersonation, harassment or unsolicited spam.
• Upload or distribute material that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
• Use connected publishing to misrepresent identity, evade a platform restriction or publish without the necessary authority.

This does not prohibit the legitimate use of Operator's supported scheduling, APIs or workflow automation.

7. Privacy and disconnection

Personal-data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy and is a separate matter from these service terms. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact privacy@vigthoria.io. We may need to verify your authority before acting on an account or data request.

You can withdraw a connected platform's authorization using that platform's account settings and use Operator's disconnect controls where provided. Review outstanding scheduled work when disconnecting. Revoking authorization does not automatically remove content already published on a third-party platform; use that platform's controls for existing posts.

These terms are not a substitute for a privacy notice, and agreement to them is not blanket consent for unrelated personal-data processing.

8. Availability and results

Operator depends on networks, AI models and third-party services that can change, fail or impose restrictions. Features may be limited by your plan, service capacity, provider policies or maintenance. Unless a separate agreement expressly provides a service-level commitment, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time or success on every request.

Keep appropriate copies of important materials and check results before external use. AI assistance is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

9. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to respond to a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, unpaid amounts due or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the restriction.

You may stop using Operator and contact us about account closure. Manage paid subscriptions separately through the applicable billing controls. Ending access does not remove charges already properly incurred or affect rights and obligations that must continue under the applicable agreement or law.

10. Responsibility and statutory rights

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. No statement about service limitations, generated content or third-party dependencies excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In particular, these terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections or require you to give up a court or remedy available to you by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and other agreements

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, security requirements or applicable law. We will identify updates on this page and provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or remove mandatory rights.

Individually agreed contracts and the terms disclosed for a specific purchase govern that purchase where applicable. The version displayed here does not automatically change an existing account's recorded acceptance or create a new payment obligation.
